- Select the product you wish to purchase, then 'add to cart'.
- 'Check out' to purchase the item(s).
- All payments are made via PayPal.
- Once the payment has been made an order is created in our store.
What happen next:
- we contact our delivery company at that stage the status of your order changes to 'partially shipped'
- our delivery company then give us a consignment number we add onto your order
- the delivery van comes to pick up your cage, then your order status changes to 'shipped'
- if you have not notified us of any problems after a week then your order status changes to 'completed'
