Hello,
My name is Eleanor and I recently purchased your 'Munch Balls Woven Vine Chews' for my rescued Lilacine Amazon and I could not be happier! He is a nervous parrot and does not like new things. However, within a few minutes and a little encouragement in the form of sunflower seeds, he was loving it! Now he doesn't need the sunflower seeds, he gets excited when he sees me bring him one.
We are making great progress together, he also enjoys playing with cardboard too.
The purpose of this email is to thank you for the wonderful toy and giving me hope that he can live a full and happy life filled with toys!

The replacement perch has arrived, is in good order, and has been successfully installed in Molly’s (my African Gray’s) big cage. Thank you for your kind, polite and responsible action after receiving my complaint about the faulty perch previously received.

Hi there, I recently placed an order online, and when having difficulty I called the number given. I spoke to a gentleman who I am very sorry I did not catch his name. I was talking about my parrot, Myla, and he was so helpful with some training tip and I am very grateful as it is so hard to find someone that is willing to have a chat and give you some help with parrot problems.
Does your company train parrots or owners too :-)
